Your loyalty points and vouchers will expire soon

PLEASE NOTE: As we are closing iapetus, your loyalty card will be winding up very soon. We won’t be awarding any more loyalty points with immediate effect. Existing loyalty points and vouchers will ALL expire on Saturday 6th July.

Gift vouchers and credit notes will expire on 20th July (these can be combined with your 20% off). Use them or lose them!

The iapetus loyalty club

At iapetus we believe that in life, what goes around comes around. That’s why we’ve created our oh so rewarding loyalty scheme as a big thank you for shopping with us.

For every £1 you spend at either iapetus.co.uk or iapetus gallery you will earn 5 loyalty points. When you reach 500 points you'll earn a £5 voucher to spend with us next time you visit.

To log into your account click the turquoise LOYALTY tab bottom left of the screen.

How to earn loyalty points

You will earn loyalty points when you shop at iapetus gallery, iapetus.co.uk or order over the phone. When shopping at iapetus.co.uk register or login to your account as normal and complete your order. Your loyalty points will be added to your account automatically.

You’ll also receive an email after every sale updating you with your balance and how many points you need to earn your next £5 voucher.

Extra ways to earn loyalty points

You can now earn extra loyalty points without even shopping with us! Open up the iapetus rewards tab at iapetus.co.uk and click on the Earn tab to complete the following tasks:

COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE - 100 POINTS Let us know a bit more about you, like your birthday date and you’ll earn 100 points (you’ll also get 200 extra points for your birthday!)

LIKE US ON FACEBOOK - 100 POINTS Simply follow the link on the Karma Rewards page to like our Facebook page

SHARE US ON FACEBOOK - 100 POINTS Tell your friends on Facebook about us and you’ll earn an extra 100 points. Click Share on Facebook, which will open a post, pre-populated with our website address. All you need to do is add an optional message and click Post. Once you’ve posted, you’ll receive your points right away.

REVIEW A PRODUCT - 100 POINTS After your purchase we’ll send you an email asking you to review the products you purchased. Simply add your review and you’ll earn 100 points per review.

REFER A FRIEND - 250 POINTS Tell a friend about iapetus and, when you friend shops with us, you’ll earn 250 points. Your friend also gets 10% off their first purchase of £10 or more, so you both win!

Checking your Loyalty balance

You can check your balance by opening the loyalty tab bottom left of the screen. You’ll also receive an email after every purchase with iapetus, telling you your new balance.

Redeeming your loyalty vouchers at iapetus.co.uk

When you’ve earned a gift voucher you’ll be notified by email. To redeem your voucher/s simply pop over to iapetus.co.uk, open the loyalty tab (not available on the home page) and select your reward. Click “Redeem” to reveal your voucher code. Then enter it into the coupon code box at the checkout.

Please note: once redeemed, your voucher is valid for 6 months. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code or promotion (except sale items).

Redeeming your loyalty vouchers at iapetus gallery

When the iapetus team pops your items through the till you will be asked whether you want to redeem any vouchers you have earned.

A bit of detail about your iapetus loyalty card

• You earn a generous 5 loyalty points for every full £1 you spend with iapetus. Each point is worth 1p, so that’s 5p worth of points for every £1 you spend.
• Every time you reach 500 points a voucher worth £5 credit will be added to your Karma Rewards account. You can spend these either at iapetus gallery or at iapetus.co.uk.
• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date earned. Expired vouchers cannot be used.
• Please tell us you have a Karma Rewards (loyalty card) BEFORE you pay for your purchases if you shop at iapetus gallery or over the phone. It is your responsibility to inform us you have a loyalty card. Points cannot be added retrospectively.
• Points accrued during each transaction are for redemption on future transactions.
• Family members who share your home can also collect points on your card (not applicable at iapetus.co.uk). Please note, you cannot collect points for other people’s shopping who do not reside at your address.
• Use of your loyalty card constitutes acceptance of these terms. The card is the property of iapetus gallery and we reserve the right to change the terms of the loyalty card without notice. We retain the right to decline or withdraw this card at any point, and if it is being abused, your card may be cancelled and your points forfeited.
• Only one voucher can be used per transaction.
