With striking black and red, the intricate markings make this artistic interpretation of the red admiral, one of Britain’s most colourful and popular butterflies, a fashion winner. You will be strutting your stuff in this pendant which adds a stylish flourish to any outfit.
The pendant is made from layers of fabric, embroidered and painted to achieve colour and exquisite detail. The pendant comes presented in a gift box and is hung on a sterling silver chain.
Essential info: Made from faux suede and cotton organdie with wire antennae, embroidered and hand-painted. Due to the hand-crafted nature of the brooch, some very slight variations may occur. It is quite flexible and robust and some bending of the wings is natural during wear. The wings can easily be reshaped by hand, either by flattening or by squeezing the top wings together to enhance the three-dimensional look. To keep the brooch in good condition, avoid submerging in water and subjecting to high temperatures or prolonged periods of direct sunlight.
Materials: fabric, sterling silver
Size: W: 5.3cm, H: 3.2cm; Chain: 16"
