This stylish and unusual slim silver ring has an etched pattern and has been oxidised then polished back to create a truly unique piece of jewellery. The ring is wonderfully comfortable so it can be worn and enjoyed every day.
The ring has been made by jeweller Fi Mehra and has that wonderful hand crafted quality where you can see the makers mark on the piece. This ring makes a really heartfelt gift as well as a piece of jewellery that can be worn every day and still feels special.
Please note: oxidisation is a surface treatment to intentionally blacken/darken the silver. As it is a non-permanent surface treatment, over time it will wear off into the grooves and textures of the jewellery. The speed of this depends on the amount of wear and type of jewellery (e.g. rings will lose the colour quicker than earrings). Eventually the true colour of the silver will shine through making each piece of oxidised jewellery unique to the wearer.
If you would have any questions about this piece don't hesitate to contact us.

What size do I need to order?
If you're buying a ring the safest way to get the size right is to go to a local jeweller and ask them to size your or the recipient's finger. This can be done either by measuring the finger or a ring that already fits correctly. Please be aware that the width of the band can change the size required, so be sure that the sizing is done with a band of similar width to the one you're buying. Wide/deep rings tend to fit tighter, dainty/slim rings tend to fit looser. We use 'centre' measurement, not 'leading edge' (your jeweller will know what this means!). If you need any advice please contact us.
The ring size I need is out of stock. Will it come into stock soon?
We generally only hold one size of each ring in stock, so orders for sizes out of stock will be made specifically for you by the artist once you have placed the order. Please select the size of ring you need from the ring size drop-down box.
When will I receive my ring once ordered?
Most rings will take between 3-5 weeks to make for you depending on the artist, time of year etc. However, if you do need it for a specific date please contact us and we'll do our best to get your ring to you in time.
What happens if I've ordered the wrong size?
Most of our rings can be resized by our artists. There will be a small charge to cover the time and postage costs for this. Please note: if your ring is a custom order/has been made for you, we cannot issue a refund. Please contact us to discuss your resizing requirements.
Can this ring be made in another metal?
Many of our rings can be made in other metals, i.e. silver, yellow gold, rose gold, white gold etc. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. If it is possible we will then come back to you with a quote and timescale for making the ring.
