Our Returns Policy - Easy and Hassle-Free!
We want you to be happy with your Iapetus purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we've made the process simple and straightforward.
Here's a breakdown of our returns policy:
Change of Mind (Unwanted Items):
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us info@iapetus.co.uk about a return.
- You then have another 14 days to return the unopened and unused item(s) in its original packaging.
- We'll provide a full refund for the product cost (excluding delivery charges).
Sale Items:
- Sale items can only be exchanged or refunded during the sale period with proof of purchase.
Returning Your Items:
- You're responsible for ensuring the safe return of the items. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
- Please include all packaging materials, manuals, and paperwork.
Important Exceptions:
- Bespoke, personalized, perishable items, and clearly marked out-of-stock items cannot be returned under our standard policy.
Faulty Goods:
- If your item is faulty, please contact us at info@iapetus.co.uk for a full refund or replacement.
Statutory Rights:
- This policy applies in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.
How to Make a Return:
- Contact us via email (info@iapetus.co.uk) within 14 days of receiving your order (except sale items and exceptions).
- Pack your unused item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible).
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order reference.

- Use a tracked and insured service for valuable items.
Refunds:
- We aim to process all returns within 30 days of receiving them.
- You'll receive a full refund for the product cost (excluding delivery charges) for change of mind returns.
- For faulty items, we'll offer a full refund or replacement, including any postage costs.
Distance Selling Regulations:
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
- You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the items.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured service for returns under the Distance Selling Regulations.
