All orders for in stock items are posted quickly and delivered by our trusted partners Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

Postage is calculated at the checkout based on the items you’ve selected. You will have the choice of postal options depending on the size of your order and the value.

Please note: orders received after 2pm on a working day will be posted the next working day.

FREE delivery on orders over £50

If your order value is greater than £49.99 you will qualify for FREE delivery in the UK. We will post your order on a second class recorded service (second class for greeting cards).

Please note: large and bulky items are excluded from our free delivery.

Posting to your loved ones (or an alternative address)

If you’d like your order to be posted to an alternative address to your billing address simply add it to your order in the shipping section at the checkout. You can even select multiple shipping addresses - click the Ship to multiple addresses option in the shipping section.

You can choose to collect your order from our gallery in Great Malvern. Once we have picked and packed your order we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for you to collect your goodies.

FREE local delivery in Malvern

If you are local to us we are offering FREE home delivery in Malvern (within 3 miles of iapetus gallery). You can choose this at the checkout. We will then pop round with your goodies in 1-2 days. Please note there is a minimum spend of £10 for this service.

Delivery terms and policies

- iapetus gallery delivers to destinations in the UK, Europe and the rest of the World. You will be notified of the delivery costs during the checkout process and you will have the opportunity to select from a range of shipping services to suit budget and time.

- Free postage applies to orders within the UK Mainland totalling £50 or more after any discounts have been deducted. However for large or heavy items we do reserve the right to alter these charges. We will confirm charges prior to despatch should they be different from those stated on iapetus.co.uk.

- Delivery outside the UK may be liable for import duty taxes and you will be responsible for these. Please consult your local customs office if you are unsure about any charges you might incur.

- We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force to deliver your items and offer recorded and special next day delivery with the appropriate level of insurance for your order. For security we always use delivery methods that require a signature (excludes greetings cards and very small gifts).

- If an item is lost in transit, please allow 15 days before it can be officially classed as lost. This meets the terms and conditions set out by Royal Mail. If you think an item may be lost, please contact us via email or telephone and we will do our best to assist you. After 15 days we can report the item lost and either refund your account in full or make arrangements for another delivery.

- We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on iapetus.co.uk but we will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

- Next day delivery is not available for the Highlands & Islands of Scotland or any location outside of the United Kingdom. Orders outside the UK can take up to 14 working days to arrive.

- Please provide an address where someone can accept the delivery. If we have to try again you'll be charged again.

For every £1 you spend at either iapetus.co.uk or iapetus gallery you will earn 5 loyalty points. When you reach 500 points you'll earn a £5 voucher to spend with us next time you visit.

How to earn Karma loyalty points

You will earn loyalty points when you shop at iapetus gallery, iapetus.co.uk or order over the phone. When shopping at iapetus.co.uk register or login to your account as normal and complete your order.

You can also earn extra points by liking us on Facebook, following us on Instagram, completing your customer profile, referring a friend and reviewing your purchases. You can do this by clicking on the ‘iapetus rewards’ tab on the left hand side.

Checking your Karma Rewards balance

You can check your balance by clicking on the little iapetus rewards tab on the left hand side. It will also be printed on your receipt when you shop at iapetus gallery.

Redeeming your Karma vouchers at iapetus.co.uk

When you’ve earned a gift voucher you’ll be notified by email. To use your voucher simply pop over the iapetus.co.uk, click the iapetus rewards tab and select your reward. Click “Redeem” to reveal your voucher code. Then enter it into the coupon code box at the checkout.

Redeeming your Karma vouchers at iapetus gallery

When the iapetus team pops your items through the till you will be asked whether you want to redeem any vouchers you have earned.

A bit of detail about your iapetus karma card

You earn a generous 5 loyalty points for every full £1 you spend with iapetus. Each point is worth 1p so that’s 5p worth of points for every £1 you spend.
Every time you reach 500 points a voucher worth £5 will be added to your Karma Rewards account. You can spend these either at iapetus gallery or at iapetus.co.uk.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the issue date. Expired vouchers cannot be used.
Please tell us you have a Karma Rewards (loyalty card) BEFORE you pay for your purchases if you shop at iapetus gallery or over the phone. It is your responsibility to inform us you have a loyalty card. Points cannot be added retrospectively.
Points accrued during each transaction are for redemption on future transactions.
Family members who share your home can also collect points on your card (not applicable at iapetus.co.uk). Please note, you cannot collect points for other people’s shopping who do not reside at your address.
Use of your loyalty card constitutes acceptance of these terms. The card is the property of iapetus gallery and we reserve the right to change the terms of the loyalty card without notice. We retain the right to decline or withdraw this card at any point, and if it is being abused, your card may be cancelled and your points forfeited.
