Owl and Moonstone Necklace - Gold Plated by Alex Monroe

The glorious necklace is the perfect gift for any lover of these fabulous nocturnal birds. It features a tiny owl with piercing diamond set eyes gazing through the trees sat in a branch loop. Set to the side is a gorgeous moonstone representing the full moon.

A truly beautiful design by Alex Monroe, the hand crafted pendant if tactile and highly detailed. The piece is crafted in silver and then plated in lustrous 22ct gold.

The owl pendant has a lovely weight and hangs comfortably on your chest. It is hung from a 16 inch gold plated silver chain which has a 2 inch extention chain so it can be worn a little lower.

Materials: Sterling Silver with 22ct Gold Plate, 0.1cm diamonds, moonstone

Size: Pendant - Width, 1.8cm; Height, 1.8cm / Chain - 40.5 cm - 45.5 cm, 16 inches with 2 inch extention chain

Presentation: This item comes presented in a lovely kraft iapetus jewellery box (it's fully recyclable!) along with information about caring for your new jewellery and about the artist who made it.

About Alex Monroe Jewellery

Alex Monroe Jewellery is inspired by nature, and the nostalgia of a childhood spent roaming the Suffolk countryside. Every piece is conscientiously designed and responsibly handmade in England by jeweller Alex Monroe, alongside an expert team of makers and skilled long-term partners. From strong South East London roots, Alex Monroe jewellery is now much loved worldwide for its unique detail, character and craftsmanship.

Training at the School of Art, Architecture and Design in London, Alex unexpectedly turned his hand to the craft of jewellery - and released his first collection in 1987 to critical acclaim. His intention was to produce excellent quality pieces, originally designed, made by hand and well priced. This was jewellery made to be worn, made to be loved and made to be treasured - values which remain unchanged to this day!
