Emma Killybegs Woollen Long Coat - mauve - by Branigan Weavers
This beautiful and unusual lightweight long coat is woven from a rich wool blend at Branigan's mill in Ireland. The coat's herringbone pattern is woven from two rich, indulgent tones of violet and fuschia pink. It's finished with velvet trim on the pockets, cuffs and long edge as well as tortoise shell buttons.
This stunning woolen coat will be a staple of your wardrobe throughout Autumn and Winter, and probably into Spring too! It looks fab worn with jeans for that jazzy casual look. Customers often describe it as a 'coatigan' as you can wear it outside and in when the heating's not quite warmed up yet!
About Branigan Weavers
Founded almost a century ago, Branigan Woollen Mills continues the tradition handed down through the generations. Located on the banks of the historic Boyne Valley on the east coast of Ireland, the Branigan family, now fourth generation, keep the traditional craft of weaving alive. The skill of weaving has passed from mother to daughter, father to son, like a sacred recipe or a treasured family heirloom. The continuing tradition is woven into the very fabric of Branigan Weavers. Their collection includes colourful and striking scarves, capes, shawls, coats and throws.
